Produced by Cassina, the form of the chair is inspired by the human body and is built up in layers using a metal frame, fibreglass shell and fabric covering.   6. SERPENTINE PAVILION - As part of the Cultural Olympiad, Swiss architecture practice Herzog & de Meuron, in collaboration with Chinese artist Ai Weiwei, has unveiled the new Serpentine Pavilion. This 12th temporary building in the park is inspired by the structures that preceded it, recreating their foundations in an intimate space covered by a water-filled dish supported by 12 columns.
